Blog 6: Favorite Series/Movie

Hello to all!

It was very difficult for me to choose a series or movie to talk to you about, because I like them so much! 

I decided to talk to you about the post-apocalyptic American TV series called The Walking Dead. Its genre is horror, drama, science fiction and adventure. 


I guess several people here know this series because of its long duration hahaha. It's a series based on a comic book of the same name, I like it a lot because it was one of the first series I saw by myself, I always watched what my mom or dad played. Besides, I love everything about zombies, movies, series, games, etc.


This series shows the adventures of Rick Grimes, a policeman who after being injured and spending weeks unconscious in a hospital, wakes up in an apocalyptic world full of zombies. He begins to travel in search of his family, who deduce that he is still alive. He meets some survivors and sets out on the journey together. They face many walkers and other survivors (enemies). 

My favorite characters are by far Daryl Dixon, Michonne and Negan. I find them to be very skillful, intelligent and interesting characters. Those actors are wonderful <3.

I would watch this series a million times, I love to relive chapters or some scenes on youtube. It has 10 seasons, with 147 episodes in total, where each one lasts approximately 45-50 min. I've seen her for years at FOX!

Seeing her has given me many emotions, because I love the characters and I concentrate when I see her. I have cried and screamed about the different deaths :( Bu I loooove it <3

Blog 3: My favorite piece of technology

  Hi everyone, Today I will talk about my iPad, it is my favorite technology. This i get it in my birthday number 20, it was my dad present's. I was very happy this day.  It is an important object for my studies, since I use it for classes online, to read and study with the material that they upload to u-cursos. I also watch netflix series, youtube videos and listen to music in my free times. I use it every day at all times, even on weekends only for watch funny things. You don’t have to turn it on and wait like with the computer, and I can do more than with my little cell. I love it because I can carry it everywhere and it’s easy to use. If I didn’t have it in my hands, my life would be more complicated, as my computer isn't a great company, it is slow and old. And obviusly more bored!!  Aaah! and my boyfriend in my birthday 21 give me an Apple Pencil <3 I was cry like a crazy hahaha

Blog 2: Why did you choose this career?

 When I was a kid I wanted to be a lot of things. Very young, I always dreamed of being a singer, dancer or actress, because I watched a lot of Disney. Then I spent a moment wanting to be a pediatrician or a veterinarian. Already when I was in adolescence my dream was a profession that helped people. At the beginning of the university application process, he had in mind a career in the social sciences, such as psychology or social work, and on the other hand, law. I decided for Social Work because when researching it I was the one that most caught my attention, with its work with children, youth, adults and the elderly.  My experience has been quite strange.
